Consultation
We start by understanding what you need and examining your mouth and any remaining teeth. We talk through full and partial options, the different materials, and what will suit you best, along with the cost.

Modern dentures are a world away from the ill-fitting sets of the past. Custom-made to suit your mouth and shade-matched to look natural, they replace missing teeth comfortably and restore your smile, your bite and your confidence, whether you need a full or partial set.
Dentures are removable replacements for missing teeth and the surrounding gum. They are custom-made to fit your mouth and shade-matched to look natural, restoring your smile and the ability to eat and speak comfortably.
Today's dentures are lighter, better fitting and far more natural-looking than the sets many people remember, a genuine, comfortable solution.
A full denture replaces all the teeth in your upper or lower jaw, while a partial denture fills the gaps where some natural teeth remain, clipping neatly around them.
Both come in different materials to suit your needs and budget. We will help you choose the right type at your consultation, with honest advice.
New dentures can feel a little strange for the first week or two while your mouth adjusts. Eating softer foods and practising speaking helps you settle in faster, and it soon becomes second nature.
We will see you for any small adjustments to make sure the fit is comfortable, and we are always here if you need a tweak.
Replacing missing teeth does more than restore your smile. It helps you chew a wider range of foods, speak clearly, and supports the shape of your face, which can sag when teeth are lost.
Most of all, people tell us dentures give them back the confidence to smile, laugh and eat out without a second thought.
Thinking about dentures? Book in and we will take a proper look, talk through the options, and help you choose what suits you best, with honest advice and no pressure.
Calm, careful careThere is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to dentures. The right type depends on how many teeth you are replacing and what matters most to you. Here are the main options we offer.

A complete set that replaces all the teeth in your upper or lower jaw, set in a natural-looking gum-coloured acrylic base. A comfortable, cost-effective way to restore a full smile.

A full set built on a slim, strong metal framework. Thinner and more hard-wearing than acrylic, it feels more natural in the mouth and lets you taste and feel your food more easily.

Fills the gaps where some natural teeth remain, using an acrylic base that blends with your gums. A straightforward, affordable way to complete your smile around your existing teeth.

A partial set on a lightweight metal frame that clips securely around your natural teeth. Slim, stable and durable, it is a discreet, long-lasting way to fill the gaps.

Caring for dentures is quick and easy once it is part of your routine. A few simple habits keep them clean, comfortable and looking their best, and your mouth healthy too.
Brush your dentures each day with a soft denture brush and a non-abrasive cleaner, not regular toothpaste, which can scratch them. This removes food and plaque and keeps them looking fresh.
Dentures can break if dropped. Clean them over a folded towel or a basin of water, so if they slip, they have a soft landing. A simple habit that saves a lot of bother.
Take your dentures out overnight to give your gums a chance to breathe, and store them in water or a soaking solution so they do not dry out. Your mouth will thank you for the break.
Even with full dentures, gently brush your gums, tongue and any remaining teeth each day. It keeps your mouth healthy and fresh, and supports a comfortable fit.
If your dentures feel loose, rub or no longer fit as they did, do not put up with it. Give us a ring. Mouths change over time and a small adjustment or reline soon sorts it.
