Brush and floss as normal
Look after your new smile just as you would natural teeth: two minutes morning and night with a soft brush, and floss once a day. Clean teeth and healthy gums keep everything looking its best.
For the colour
Go easy on staining
Tea, coffee, red wine and curry can dull bonding, composite veneers and natural teeth over time. You do not have to avoid them, but rinsing with water afterwards helps keep your smile bright.
Day to day
Avoid using teeth as tools
Your new smile is strong, but biting nails, chewing pens or opening packaging with your teeth can chip cosmetic work. Treat it with the same care as natural teeth and it will last beautifully.
